Click My Account at the top right hand side, then Review Orders/Track Packages to track your order. You may also click"Order History" to go directly to your orders. |
| My order never arrived. |

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side to track your order status. If your order(s) has a Package Tracking Number, check with the carrier to confirm delivery. If your package(s) shows a status of "delivered" and you have not received your order, please contact customer service via e-mail at onlinesales@starr-restaurant.com or via phone at 267-238-3652 to speak with a representative. |

| When will my order ship? |

Orders placed before 1 pm EST will be processed and shipped within 1- 2 business days. Depending on the shipping method, orders should arrive within 5-7 business days. You may also click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
