|Has my order been shipped?|
placed before 1PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed and shipped
same day. Orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the following
business day. Depending on the shipping method, orders should arrive within
5-10 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order
has shipped within 24-48 hours of shipment. Orders shipped via
FedEx must require a signature unless noted within the comment section
of your order and/or contacting Customer Care via email or phone.
Click My Account at the top right hand, then Review Orders/Track Packages to track your order or click "Order History" to go directly to your orders.
|When will my order ship?|
|Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Depending on the shipping method, orders should arrive within 5-7 business days. You may also click the My Account link at the top right hand side to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
|Do you ship to my Country?|
|Currently, STARR Restaurants can ship gift card orders to the following countries. If your country is not listed, you may submit your order by filling out the fax order form and returning it to the 1-800 number at the upper right hand of the form.
Shipping and Handling charges will be based upon the type of International Shipping chosen.
