MY ORDER STATUS
How do I track my order?
  Click My Account at the top right hand side, then Review Orders/Track Packages to track your order. You may also click"Order History" to go directly to your orders. Please keep in mind that this would apply to FedEx customers only.
My Order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side to track your order status. If your order(s) has a Package Tracking Number, check with the carrier to confirm delivery.  If your package(s) shows a status of "delivered" and you have not received your order, please contact customer service via e-mail at onlinesales@starr-restaurant.com or via phone at 267-238-3652 to speak with a representative.
I received the wrong product and sleeve.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service immediately via e-mail at onlinesales@starr-restaurant.com or via phone 267-238-3652.
When will my order ship?
  Orders placed before 1 pm EST will be processed and shipped within 1- 2 business days. For orders placed via USPS, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days.  Orders placed via FedEx, you will need use your tracking number to find out the status of delivery.  You may also click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side to track the status of your order.  You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped within 24-48 hours of shipment.
What is the return policy?
  STARR Restaurants gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash.
